Leadership 101

Basic leadership skills are used by all leaders at every level.  Both leaders and managers use these skills to achieve results.  How each will use these skills differs.  Knowing the difference is a key to success.

In team sports, individualism is subordinate to the team.  Coaches say, "there is no 'I' in team." That concept is often overshadowed, however, by standout athletes who dominate the sport.  Team leaders are those who set aside 'self' and focus on the team.
