Alpha and Omega

Faith based organizations require leadership just like other organizations.  Having a focus to grow the Kingdom of God and lead people to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is of the greatest importance.  Scripture commands us:

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

However, leading a youth group, a college student ministry, a newly planted church or other faith based organization requires vision, communication, planning, administration...in a word, leadership.

Throughout scripture, from Adam and Eve to John's telling of the Revelation, men and women of the Bible experienced leadership successes and failures.  The Alpha and Omega program centers its discussions and presentations on leadership lessons taught by Jesus Christ and those experienced by men like Moses, David, Solomon and women like Ruth, Esther and Mary.  Taken from Biblical times, these lessons are relevant in today's world and can assist young leaders to navigate the ever changing times in which we live.
